Is That Your Responsibility? | #21

This episode builds on last week’s show about comfort zones and the discomfort of growing beyond them. Sometimes that discomfort comes from outside influences rather than your own thoughts and beliefs. And when the doubts and fears are coming from outside you, it can be hard to know where your thoughts and beliefs end and those of the people around you begin.

So this week we’re going to talk about how to tell the things that are your responsibility from the things that are other people’s responsibility.

Also, excellent news! You can leave a NON-APPLE review for the show on the podcast app Castbox. Search for Run Like Hell Toward Happy and leave a comment on the show, screenshot your comment on Castbox, and enter your screenshot on the giveaway thread in the Run Like Hell Toward Happy Community on Facebook. We are THREE reviews away from the next giveaway!
